Overview
As a professional integrated sand processing system, the multi-stage crushing double roller sand making line is engineered for high-hardness raw materials (Mohs hardness 6-8) and large-capacity sand production. It integrates full-process links including coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing, sand making and gradation classification, which is well-suited for large-scale production scenarios such as medium and large-sized sand and gravel plants, commercial concrete mixing stations, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The production line stably outputs high-quality manufactured sand (meeting GB/T 14684 and international construction sand standards) and by-produces graded construction aggregates, achieving a balance of production efficiency, environmental protection compliance and product quality.
Core Equipment & Operation System
The production line adopts a professional core crushing unit composed of jaw crusher (coarse crushing), cone crusher/ impact crusher (medium crushing) and hydraulic double roller crusher (sand making). Equipped with professional supporting equipment such as vibrating feeder, multi-deck circular vibrating screen, closed belt conveyor and bag-type dust collector, it forms a closed-circuit circulation operation system. This system realizes one-stop processing from large-grain raw materials (max feeding size ≤500mm) to qualified manufactured sand, eliminating the need for additional intermediate crushing links, which significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor and operational costs.
Raw Material Adaptability & Product Advantages
With strong raw material adaptability, the production line can efficiently process various high-hardness raw materials such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone and quartzite. Through multi-stage gradient crushing, the particle size of materials is optimized step by step, and finally, the hydraulic double roller crusher performs precision sand making, resulting in manufactured sand with round cubic particle shape, uniform gradation and controllable powder content (≤5%). The product fully meets the high standards of construction sand for concrete preparation and dry-mix mortar production. Meanwhile, it can synchronously by-produce 10-20mm, 20-40mm graded construction aggregates, realizing “one line for multiple uses” and improving resource utilization efficiency.
Automation & Environmental Protection
The production line is equipped with a PLC automatic control system, which realizes centralized start-stop, precise adjustment of operating parameters (such as roller gap and feeding speed) of the entire set of equipment, and is equipped with fault alarm, remote monitoring and automatic protection functions. This system greatly reduces manual intervention and ensures continuous and stable production. Combined with closed conveying system and high-efficiency bag-type dust collector, it effectively controls dust emission (emission concentration ≤30mg/m³) and reduces operating noise (≤75dB), fully complying with national environmental protection emission standards and realizing green and low-carbon production.
