4. Working Principle
Designed for high-efficiency material processing, our Large Hydraulic Double Roller Crusher operates on a simple yet highly effective static pressure extrusion principle. This mechanism ensures superior crushing results with minimal energy consumption.
Core Operation Process:
- Feeding: Materials are uniformly fed from the feeder into the crushing chamber, located between the two horizontally mounted counter-rotating rollers.
- Engagement: Friction and gravity draw the material into the narrowing gap between the rollers.
- Crushing: As the rollers rotate, the material is subjected to immense, continuous pressure. When this pressure exceeds the material’s compressive strength, it breaks along its natural fractures and weak points.
