Jaw Crusher
Introduction
As a specialized manufacturer of mining and construction machinery, we engineer and produce our jaw crushers to meet the stringent demands of global customers. Serving as the cornerstone of primary crushing in production lines, our equipment is meticulously designed for reliability, efficiency, and durability, catering to a wide spectrum of material processing needs across diverse industries.

Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher is a robust, primary crushing solution that operates on the principle of an eccentric shaft-driven movable jaw, which exerts compressive force on materials between the fixed and movable jaw plates. This repetitive “jaw-like” motion efficiently crushes and reduces large, hard materials into manageable sizes.
Built with advanced engineering and premium-grade materials, our jaw crushers address common industry challenges such as high energy consumption, excessive wear, and operational inefficiency.
Application
Ideal for primary crushing of granite, basalt, limestone, iron ore, copper ore, and gold ore. The backbone of efficient mine operations.
Processes construction waste, concrete, and stone, producing high-quality aggregate for road bases and foundations.
Processes raw materials like limestone and coal for cement, concrete, and bricks production with consistent quality.
Used for reducing metallurgical ores, slag, and chemical raw materials, facilitating efficient material handling.
Jaw Crusher Advantages
1. Exceptional Crushing Capacity
Featuring an optimized eccentric shaft design and high-torque motor. The integrated cast steel frame offers exceptional rigidity to withstand the heaviest impacts.
2. Superior Wear Resistance
Jaw liners are fabricated from high-quality, heat-treated manganese steel, providing exceptional hardness and significantly reducing maintenance costs.
3. Flexible Discharge Adjustment
Equipped with a wedge adjustment mechanism, setting can be modified (10mm – 150mm) to ensure precise control over the final product size.
4. Reliable & Low-Maintenance
Key components utilize centralized automatic lubrication. The straightforward structure facilitates easy access for inspections and part replacement.
5. Global Compliance
Adheres to CE and ISO standards. We offer customized electrical configurations (380V-660V) to match regional voltage standards worldwide.
Jaw Crusher working principle
Simple Working Process :
- Power Transmission: The motor drives the belt pulley to rotate, driving the movable jaw to move periodically.
- Material Crushing: Materials are fed into the cavity; the movable jaw forward motion squeezes and grounds them against the fixed jaw.
- Material Discharge: As the jaw moves backward, the crushed materials fall by gravity through the discharge opening.
Key Components :
- Fixed Jaw: The stationary part forming the crushing cavity.
- Movable Jaw: The core moving part that completes the crushing action.
