The Three-Stage Recovery Process

Centrifugal Concentrator
Stage 1: Disintegration & Primary Washing
Utilizing the APEX Gold Trommel Screen, high-pressure water jets and 16-20 RPM mechanical tumbling break down sticky clay matrices. This critical stage ensures gold particles are liberated from waste material before entering the concentration circuit.
Stage 2: High-G Centrifugal Concentration
The STLB Centrifugal Concentrator subjects the slurry to intense centrifugal force (up to 200G). Precision fluidization prevents the concentrate bed from compacting, allowing even refractory and fine gold to settle efficiently while flushing out lighter gangue.
Stage 3: Precision Final Refining
Resulting concentrates are processed via industrial Shaking Tables. This final gravity separation stage utilizes lateral shaking and water film stratification to produce high-purity gold sand ready for final smelting.
