Working Principle

Wheel Bucket Sand Washer

Driven by a motor, the wheel bucket rotates slowly in the tank. Sand is soaked and rolled within the bucket to separate impurities. A high-pressure flushing system removes stubborn clay. The cleaned sand is then lifted by the blades, completing natural dehydration before discharge, while sewage is sent to a sedimentation tank for fine sand recovery.
