Equipment Configuration and Process Route

The equipment adopts a “1210 toothed roll for primary crushing + 1210 hydraulic roll for fine crushing” combination, specifically designed for complex coal gangue to sulfur concentrate processing conditions.

Primary Crushing – Toothed Roll Crusher

The toothed roll crusher operates on the low-speed shearing and compression principle. Low-speed rotating wear-resistant toothed rolls grip and split the material through combined shearing and compression action, handling coal gangue with fluctuating hardness. The two rolls operate at differential speeds in opposite directions, creating better shearing and tensile crushing effects. The screenless design controls discharge size through the roll gap, allowing stable passage of both wet and dry materials.
