The screen-less design fundamentally eliminates clogging caused by wet and viscous materials, capable of handling materials with moisture content ≤30%. Roller surface adopts high-chromium manganese steel alloy for excellent wear resistance.
3. Low Consumption & Stable Operation
Low-speed extrusion method consumes less power and generates low noise. Equipped with a spring or hydraulic automatic retreat device to avoid unbreakable objects, ensuring continuous long-term operation.
4. Flexible Customization
Roller surfaces can be combined with toothed, surfacing, or flat rollers. Transmission options include V-belt or coupling. Diesel or gasoline engine drive is available for power-free scenarios.
Working Principle
The Four-Roll Crusher achieves graded crushing of materials by utilizing the extrusion force and shear force generated by the relative rotation of four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rollers.
Materials enter the V-shaped crushing chamber formed by the upper two rollers for coarse crushing through extrusion and shearing. The coarsely crushed materials fall naturally into the lower two-roller crushing chamber, where they are further extruded, sheared, and ground. Finally, the materials are discharged in the required particle size. The entire process is continuous and efficient.
