1. Two-Stage Crushing, One-Time Forming

The upper and lower roller groups have clear division of labor—the upper rollers for coarse crushing and the lower rollers for fine crushing. No additional screening or material return equipment is required. The feeding size is ≤200mm, and the discharging size is adjustable from 0.01mm to 10mm.

2. Anti-Clogging & Strong Adaptability

The screen-less design fundamentally eliminates clogging caused by wet and viscous materials, capable of handling materials with moisture content ≤30%. Roller surface adopts high-chromium manganese steel alloy for excellent wear resistance.

3. Low Consumption & Stable Operation

Low-speed extrusion method consumes less power and generates low noise. Equipped with a spring or hydraulic automatic retreat device to avoid unbreakable objects, ensuring continuous long-term operation.

4. Flexible Customization

Roller surfaces can be combined with toothed, surfacing, or flat rollers. Transmission options include V-belt or coupling. Diesel or gasoline engine drive is available for power-free scenarios.

Working Principle

The Four-Roll Crusher achieves graded crushing of materials by utilizing the extrusion force and shear force generated by the relative rotation of four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rollers.

Materials enter the V-shaped crushing chamber formed by the upper two rollers for coarse crushing through extrusion and shearing. The coarsely crushed materials fall naturally into the lower two-roller crushing chamber, where they are further extruded, sheared, and ground. Finally, the materials are discharged in the required particle size. The entire process is continuous and efficient.
