Proven technology with field‑tested durability
The SCF Series features two independently driven rotors arranged in series. The upper rotor performs primary coarse crushing, while the lower rotor immediately re‑crushes the material for fine sizing. This design, combined with inter‑particle impact (“hammer‑on‑material, material‑on‑material”), achieves a final particle size below 3 mm, with over 85% under 2 mm – well within the specifications for internal fuel additives in brick making, coal preparation, and fine grinding in mineral processing.
Double-Stage Screenless Crusher
To extend wear part life, Huashengming equips the crusher with high‑alloy combined hammers (containing chromium and molybdenum), offering two to three times the service life of ordinary high‑manganese steel hammers.
