Q: How important is backwash water pressure?
It is critical. The “fluidization” water pressure (ranging from 0.04 to 0.20 MPa depending on the model) keeps the concentrate bed from compacting. Without this controlled pressure, the bowl would fill with sand, leaving no room for the gold to settle.
