High-Precision Gravity Separation for Gold, Silver, and Rare Metals

Introduction

The 6S Shaking Table is a classic, high-efficiency gravity separation equipment, widely recognized in the mineral processing industry for its stable performance and exceptional separation precision. It is the final “polishing” stage in many gold recovery lines, delivering high-purity concentrates.

Designed for both fixed concentrators and mobile mining setups, it excels in capturing gold, silver, tungsten, tin, iron, and manganese from varying particle sizes.

  • Coarse Sand: 2mm – 0.5mm
  • Fine Sand: 0.5mm – 0.074mm
  • Slime: -0.074mm
  • Versatile Metals: Precious, Ferrous, and Rare metals.

Working Principle

Driven by a high-torque motor, the 6S shaking table achieves asymmetric reciprocating motion. Combined with transverse flushing water, ore particles are stratified by specific gravity. Heavier minerals (like gold) settle and move toward the concentrate side, while lighter waste material is flushed away, creating a distinct fan-shaped distribution for precise collection.
