Project Overview

A customer in Luohe, Henan, has long been engaged in cobblestone deep-processing sand making, with strict requirements for product particle shape, discharge fineness, and equipment stability. Previously using conventional equipment for cobblestone processing, the customer faced issues such as unstable discharge size and frequent equipment failures, affecting continuous production.

Equipment Configuration

The G1208 HPGR is specifically designed for fine crushing of high-hardness materials, operating on the high-pressure inter-particle compression principle. Two rolls apply sustained high pressure to the material, forming a dense material bed in the roll gap where particles crush each other through compression.

Since commissioning, the equipment has operated stably. According to operational data from multiple Hua Sheng Ming customer sites nationwide, during continuous operation exceeding 72 hours, the G1208 HPGR achieved hourly output between 160 and 210 tons when processing river pebbles. Hua Sheng Ming has previously delivered a G1208 HPGR to a 500 t/h cobblestone sand making line in Luzhou, Sichuan, where feed below 30mm is consistently reduced to below 3mm, with single-machine capacity reaching 200 t/h.

Customer Feedback

The customer reported that previous equipment produced unstable discharge and frequent failures. After switching to the G1208 HPGR, 50mm feed material is processed directly, with discharge consistently controlled below 3mm. The equipment delivers standard particle size, stable operation, and sufficient output.
