The Sizing Tooth Roller Crusher is a heavy-duty, low-speed, high-torque crushing equipment integrating crushing and classification. It adopts shear-stretch crushing principle, with low over-crushing rate, stable operation and high efficiency, specially designed for large-scale material crushing in industrial fields.

The Sizing Tooth Roller Crusher is widely used in coal mines, metal mines, building materials, chemical industry, power plants, etc. It is suitable for crushing raw coal, gangue, granite, basalt, limestone and other materials with compressive strength up to 300MPa, applicable to fixed, semi-mobile and mobile crushing stations.

Working Principle
When materials enter the gap between two parallel horizontal tooth rolls, qualified granularity materials are directly discharged through the gap between teeth and comb plates. Large materials exceeding the set size are crushed along natural cracks by the shear and stretch force of the oppositely rotating teeth, then discharged immediately to avoid repeated grinding.
