Huashengming Double-Stage Crusher: No More Clogging

In brick plants, building material factories, and coal mine backfill operations, high‑moisture and high‑viscosity materials such as coal gangue, shale, and furnace slag have long been a major headache. Traditional crushers equipped with screen plates are extremely sensitive to material moisture content — once the moisture exceeds 10%, the screen plate quickly clogs, hammers get stuck, material cannot be discharged, and in severe cases the motor may burn out, bringing the entire production line to a halt. Solution

The Huashengming double‑stage screenless crusher (also known as a double‑stage crusher or double‑stage hammer crusher) is specifically designed to solve these problems. The machine essentially combines two hammer crushers into one, with two rotors working in series — the upper rotor performs coarse crushing and the lower rotor fine crushing, achieving integrated high‑efficiency operation.

    By completely eliminating the screen grate, the crusher has no strict requirement on material moisture content, fully solving the clogging problem. Whether it is coal slime or wet coal gangue, even on rainy days the machine runs normally, greatly increasing the annual operating hours.

  2. Dual rotors for two‑stage crushing – adjustable final fineness.
    The two rotors rotate at high speed simultaneously. Material crushed by the upper rotor is immediately re‑crushed by the rapidly spinning lower rotor. Inside the crushing chamber, materials impact against hammers and against each other, achieving a combined “hammer‑on‑material, material‑on‑material” crushing effect. The final output particle size can be controlled below 2 mm, with over 85% of particles under 2 mm – fully meeting the particle size requirements for internal fuel additives in brick making.

  3. Wear‑resistant combined hammers + shift‑and‑adjust technology – one set lasts like three.
    The hammers are cast from high‑alloy wear‑resistant material. The combined hammer‑and‑handle design means only the hammer head needs replacement when worn. The unique shift‑and‑adjust technology allows worn hammers to be repositioned and reused, giving one set of hammers a service life equivalent to three ordinary sets, significantly reducing operating costs.

  4. Hydraulic opening – one‑person operation.
    The housing is equipped with a hydraulic opening device, allowing a single person to open and close the machine easily for quick and safe maintenance.
