The Hydraulic Double Toothed Roller Crusher is a heavy-duty, high-efficiency crushing machine integrated with advanced hydraulic control technology. Designed for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard to hard materials, it features two horizontally mounted, counter-rotating toothed rollers.
Its unique tooth structure combines extrusion, shear, and splitting functions—making it ideal for sticky, high-moisture, and high-mud content materials that conventional crushers struggle to process. Equipped with an intelligent hydraulic system, it ensures safe, stable, and cost-effective operation.

Core Advantages
Equipped with an automatic overload system that instantly senses unbreakable objects (e.g., iron blocks), automatically retracting the movable roller to clear them and resetting instantly. The roller gap is adjustable in real-time without stopping production.
The unique serrated tooth configuration naturally prevents material adhesion and buildup. It completely eliminates common “blind hole” and bridging issues when handling wet, sticky, or high-mud materials.
Toothed rolls are cast from premium high-chromium manganese steel alloy, offering 3 to 5 times longer service life than standard rolls. The modular tooth design enables rapid, single-person replacement to reduce downtime.
The advanced extrusion-shear crushing mechanism produces highly dense, cubic-shaped particles with low needle-flake content, perfectly meeting strict international aggregate standards.

How It Works
The machine works via extrusion, shearing, and splitting. Driven by the motor, two horizontally mounted toothed rollers rotate inward in opposite directions at a constant speed. Materials entering the crushing chamber are firmly clamped by the serrations, then squeezed and sheared. Under the combined effect of the tooth shape and rotational forces, materials are cleanly broken down to the target size and discharged via gravity, while the hydraulic system maintains a highly stable crushing force throughout the process.
